Introduction
Virtual Nations will grow massive and expand at an alarming rate, which is why I chose to give the Virtual Nations time to develop before I release the Regulations. This also gives the idea time to catch on as well. But what I do not want is the focus to be all about Monetary Gains. Yes, there probably would be untold riches being made here but don’t let that be the primary reason you choose to Become A Conscriber. There are many other benefits!
Also, don’t get caught up in the aesthetics of the site in its beginning stage. My priority is to get the Prophetic Posts to you as fast and informative as possible, because the use of BRAINs with MAINs renders a “beauty in the art” type of Man a Slave to a “beauty in the eye of the beholder” type of Man. One searches for beauty in everything and the other makes beauty search for him. The site will one day become one of the best visual representations of United Amexem. So just be patient and work with me. If you want to become a Conscriber or a Subscriber to help, and you have web building skills, then I will accept your Contributions and Subscriptions.
But before I continue and get off into the Trans-Actions, let’s cover some Regulations that I think are vital to a Virtual Nation’s develop as an open and transparent Nation. I know I said I will give Virtual Nations time to develop before I do this but I think these few are especially needed right now for my own Virtual Nation, and in order to set Virtual Nations on the right path to ultimate acceptance of the way to live and govern and be governed. We’ll call these Regulations the Harder Amendments. . . Why? . . because they should be harder to Amend than all others.
The Harder Amendments
Amendment 1: Conflicts of Interest
Virtual Nations must not accept payments for private sales of things in it’s Official Virtual Nation Space (OVNSpace). We only accept Donation Trans-Actions within the OVNSpace. All Trans-Actions that are profit for a Virtual Nation or its Conscribers or Subscribers, may be listed within a OVNSpace, but must not be conducted or advertised within the OVNSpace of the Virtual Nation. I encourage, but I do not demand, that payments from private sales of things by Virtual Nations be handled by the Financial Institutions Published by the Confederation of Virtual Nations. This is meant to achieve these vital goals:
(a) Keep Donations separate from Private Sales Payments;
(b) Keep track of the Trans-Actions from Sales and iInvestments by Conscribers, Subscribers, and Nonz, untainted by other Trans-Actions;
(c) Comply with all Sovereign Regulations.
(d) Show the Maximization of Power, Wealth, Pleasure, and Gains; and the Minimization of Pain, Debt, Weakness, and Losses; for Conscribers.
(e) Show the Real Status of the Virtual Nation in real-time and with trustworthy updates.
(f) Show the benefits provided to Subscribers; always reflecting the greater benefits of being a Conscriber.
(g) Show that the Self-Interests of the Executive Administrant is aligned with the Collective-Interests of the Conscribers.
(h) Prevent Graft, Waste, Fraud, and Abuse.
(i) Reflect Transparency by documenting all transactions via the Action Transcription System, or what we call Trans-Actions.
This provides for better Blockchain Tracking and Logging as well. This also allows us to show that we receive only Donations from Conscribers, Subscribers, and Nonz who receive an actual Donation Receipt from us that can actually be used for Tax Purposes. The Public Funds and Business of the Virtual Nation must be kept separate and all Trans-Actions reported separate from the Private Funds and Business.
Amendment 2: Blockchain Technology Requirements
Blockchain Technology must be used to facilitate openness and Transparency of Trans-Actions. If Blockchain Technology cannot support this effort then we need to find a platform that can support it or we must develop our own in partnership with the Confederation of Virtual Nations. What we hope to achieve is that by converting each one of our United Client Transactions (UCTs) (e.g., donations, investments, sales, duties owed, etc.) into a data packet and giving it an ID number, we’ll be able to eliminate Graft, Waste, Fraud, and Abuse from our Nations and relations with each other, and provide better services and wealth options for our Conscribers and Subscribers.
How This Works:
We list the ID Number along with just the price/benefit of the product/service. We then place a “set amount,” such as 10, of these Trans-Actions into one Blockchain unit. The ID number is directly linked to its original Trans-Action in the business account (this is broadly used to encompass all of UA’s accounts and its duties owed to its Conscribers and Subscribers) so audits are never failed. If a Trans-Action was reversed over refund, damage product issues, cancelled contracts, or decision reversal, this Trans-Action will reflect the reversal and provide the ID number of the original Trans-Action. Blockchain Technology will help our Conscribers and Subscribers with trusting those they put in their seats of power. Accountability does not need to be demanded if Total Transparency Without Causing Harm To The Virtual Nation is practiced. Blockchain Technology will help us to achieve this.
